# License Nanawing 2 — a browser line-of-sight RC flight simulator. Copyright (c) 2026 narenana (https://github.com/narenana) Required Notice: Copyright narenana (https://github.com/narenana/nanawing2) The whole of this repository is licensed under the **PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0** reproduced below (decision #1, [docs/roadmap-decisions-2026-09-08.md](docs/roadmap-decisions-2026-09-08.md)). narenana offers these terms as an individual (the licensor). For the PicaSim-derived paths listed below, narenana is in turn a licensee of Danny Chapman under the same terms, using them as an individual for a free, ad-free hobby project — a Personal Use, not use on behalf of any company (decision #7). Anyone who receives a copy of this repository is "You" under the terms below. ## What is covered by which notice | Path | Copyright | License | |---|---|---| | Everything not listed below | narenana | PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 (this file) | | `public/assets/fonts/*.woff2` and their generated copies | Barlow Project Authors (2017); JetBrains Mono Project Authors (2020) | SIL Open Font License 1.1; complete notices in `public/assets/fonts/*-OFL.txt` and generated `LICENSES.txt` | | `src/shared/fpvsim/**` | narenana; pinned one-way copies from the sister repository | Distributed here under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0; original bytes and source revision recorded in `src/shared/provenance.json` | | `components/ui/**`, `hooks/use-mobile.ts`, `lib/utils.ts` | shadcn — scaffold components retained per decision #9, originally from https://github.com/shadcn-ui/ui | MIT — Copyright (c) 2023 shadcn; retain the notice below when distributing these files | | `assets/sources/hand/**`, `public/assets/radio/hands.glb` and generated copies | Emma L. D. Lieker; local grip adaptation by narenana | CC BY-NC 4.0 — retain source licence and attribution from `assets/sources/hand/LICENSE` and `CREDITS.md` | | `experiments/picasim/upstream/bullet/**` and derived Bullet runtime | Erwin Coumans and per-file authors; PicaSim modifications retain their notices | zlib / per-file notices — retain `experiments/picasim/upstream/bullet/LICENSE.txt`; this specific row takes precedence over the general PicaSim path below | | `experiments/picasim/upstream/**` | Danny Chapman (PicaSim, pinned revision in `experiments/picasim/provenance.json`) | PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 — retain `experiments/picasim/upstream/LICENSE.txt` byte-identical, including its copyright header (`PicaSim`, `Copyright (c) 2026 Danny Chapman`); upstream provides no `Required Notice:` line | | PicaSim-derived code in `experiments/picasim/src/**`, `experiments/picasim/generate.py`, `lib/picasim-binary.ts` (embedded Wasm and license) | Danny Chapman for the extracted equations; narenana for the adaptations | PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 — both copyright notices apply | | `lib/camera-assist.ts` | narenana | PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0; auto-zoom approach and its angular-size/FOV blend follow PicaSim Camera.cpp; the fade schedule, blend weight and zoom limits are Nanawing's own (decision #3) | | `public/assets/field-panorama.jpg`, `public/assets/field-light.hdr` (and their decoded copies under `build/assets/`) | Greg Zaal, Poly Haven | CC0 — see [CREDITS.md](CREDITS.md) | | `public/assets/field/*.jpg` and generated copies | Charlotte Baglioni / Amal Kumar, Poly Haven, as listed per asset in CREDITS.md | CC0 — source hashes and notices in `public/assets/manifest.json` and `CREDITS.md` | | `node_modules/**` and bundled third-party code in `build/` | their authors | their own licenses (Babylon.js Apache-2.0, React MIT, shadcn/ui MIT, and others) — not relicensed by this file | `lib/physics-trial.ts` is Nanawing 2's own adapter that loads the embedded Wasm; it contains no PicaSim code, but shipping it with `lib/picasim-binary.ts` ships PicaSim, so the PicaSim notices travel with it. The built site ships `LICENSES.txt`, generated by `scripts/finalize-pwa.mjs` from this file, `CREDITS.md`, upstream PicaSim/Bullet notices, the credited hand licence, font licences and runtime dependency licence/notice files. It is included in the verified offline cache and linked from the game's About section. Repository distribution also retains the original upstream notices. The single-file game exporter is retired; `dist/` is the deployed site and `build/` its temporary committed mirror. Do not remove required notices when adding or updating a dependency; keep the scope table and generated distribution current. ## Third-party notices shadcn/ui components (`components/ui/**`, `hooks/use-mobile.ts`, `lib/utils.ts`) — MIT License: > Copyright (c) 2023 shadcn > > Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and > associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, > including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, > sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is > furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions: The above copyright notice and this > permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software. > > THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING > BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND > NONINFRINGEMENT. Babylon.js (Apache-2.0), React (MIT) and the other bundled dependencies carry their own notices in `node_modules/` after `npm ci`; a generated `build/LICENSES.txt` is research item T18. --- # PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 ## Acceptance In order to get any license under these terms, you must agree to them as both strict obligations and conditions to all your licenses. ## Copyright License The licensor grants you a copyright license for the software to do everything you might do with the software that would otherwise infringe the licensor's copyright in it for any permitted purpose. However, you may only distribute the software according to [Distribution License](#distribution-license) and make changes or new works based on the software according to [Changes and New Works License](#changes-and-new-works-license). ## Distribution License The licensor grants you an additional copyright license to distribute copies of the software. Your license to distribute covers distributing the software with changes and new works permitted by [Changes and New Works License](#changes-and-new-works-license). ## Notices You must ensure that anyone who gets a copy of any part of the software from you also gets a copy of these terms or the URL for them above, as well as copies of any plain-text lines beginning with `Required Notice:` that the licensor provided with the software. For example: > Required Notice: Copyright Yoyodyne, Inc. (http://example.com) ## Changes and New Works License The licensor grants you an additional copyright license to make changes and new works based on the software for any permitted purpose. ## Patent License The licensor grants you a patent license for the software that covers patent claims the licensor can license, or becomes able to license, that you would infringe by using the software. ## Noncommercial Purposes Any noncommercial purpose is a permitted purpose. ## Personal Uses Personal use for research, experiment, and testing for the benefit of public knowledge, personal study, private entertainment, hobby projects, amateur pursuits, or religious observance, without any anticipated commercial application, is use for a permitted purpose. ## Noncommercial Organizations Use by any charitable organization, educational institution, public research organization, public safety or health organization, environmental protection organization, or government institution is use for a permitted purpose regardless of the source of funding or obligations resulting from the funding. ## Fair Use You may have "fair use" rights for the software under the law. These terms do not limit them. ## No Other Rights These terms do not allow you to sublicense or transfer any of your licenses to anyone else, or prevent the licensor from granting licenses to anyone else. These terms do not imply any other licenses. ## Patent Defense If you make any written claim that the software infringes or contributes to infringement of any patent, your patent license for the software granted under these terms ends immediately. If your company makes such a claim, your patent license ends immediately for work on behalf of your company. ## Violations The first time you are notified in writing that you have violated any of these terms, or done anything with the software not covered by your licenses, your licenses can nonetheless continue if you come into full compliance with these terms, and take practical steps to correct past violations, within 32 days of receiving notice. Otherwise, all your licenses end immediately. ## No Liability ***As far as the law allows, the software comes as is, without any warranty or condition, and the licensor will not be liable to you for any damages arising out of these terms or the use or nature of the software, under any kind of legal claim.*** ## Definitions The **licensor** is the individual or entity offering these terms, and the **software** is the software the licensor makes available under these terms. **You** refers to the individual or entity agreeing to these terms. **Your company** is any legal entity, sole proprietorship, or other kind of organization that you work for, plus all organizations that have control over, are under the control of, or are under common control with that organization. **Control** means ownership of substantially all the assets of an entity, or the power to direct its management and policies by vote, contract, or otherwise. Control can be direct or indirect. **Your licenses** are all the licenses granted to you for the software under these terms. **Use** means anything you do with the software requiring one of your licenses. -------------------- # Asset credits Photographic field panorama and HDR environment: Kloppenheim 03 by Greg Zaal, Poly Haven. CC0. https://polyhaven.com/a/kloppenheim_03 Downloaded from the Poly Haven asset API; distributed locally so flight does not require third-party asset requests. Photographic ground maps, downloaded byte-exact from Poly Haven and served locally: - Withered Grass by Charlotte Baglioni: 1K diffuse, OpenGL normal and packed AO/roughness/metalness maps. https://polyhaven.com/a/withered_grass — CC0. - Sparse Grass by Amal Kumar: 1K diffuse map. https://polyhaven.com/a/sparse_grass — CC0. Source URLs and hashes are pinned in `public/assets/manifest.json`. Both source scans cover approximately 2 × 2 metres. Local shaders blend, tint and vary their sampling. Sky Surfer, runway layout, grass geometry, photographic-site projection and transmitter: authored for this simulator. - Transmitter styled after a RadioMaster TX16S. The RADIOMASTER / TX16S text on the model is descriptive use of a product name at the owner's request; no logo is reproduced and there is no endorsement by or affiliation with RadioMaster (decision #15). The original model in `public/assets/radio/transmitter.glb` is generated by `scripts/create-radio.py` with Blender 5.2.0 and covered by this repository's PolyForm licence. RadioMaster's official TX16S Mark II product photography was consulted for proportions and control placement only; no manufacturer photographs or meshes are bundled. Reference: https://radiomasterrc.com/products/tx16s-mark-ii-radio-controller - Trainer reconstructed after the 1480 mm Sky Surfer X8 using product photographs and its installation manual for dimensions/proportions. The geometry and Nanawing paint are original, not a manufacturer's scan or certified flight model. X8 / 1480 is descriptive. `scripts/create-sky-surfer.py` authors the original geometry and seamless foam microcell normal texture with Blender 5.2.0; `public/assets/aircraft/sky-surfer.glb` embeds both. These assets and the rendered menu image use the repository's PolyForm licence. No manufacturer photograph, mesh or PicaSim mesh is embedded in Sky Surfer. Reference manual: https://img.banggood.com/file/products/20180827222203SkysurferX8InstallManual.pdf Photo references: https://www.banggood.com/Sky-Surfer-X8-1480mm-Wingspan-EPO-FPV-Aircraft-RC-Airplane-PNP-p-1246031.html ## PicaSim code and configuration Input response applies expo before trim, informed by PicaSim HumanController.cpp (pinned revision 5b2c587, source/PicaSim/HumanController.cpp, lines 651–701); the visible centered trim marker informed the in-flight display. Four keyboard trim pairs, independent aircraft/backend setups and endpoint-preserving electric throttle trim are Nanawing adaptations. The expo blend follows Nanawing's existing cubic gamepad mapper; no controller UI is copied from PicaSim. See docs/expo-trims-2026-09-11.md for the exact boundary. PicaSim-derived aerofoil, wing, propeller, environment/thermal and wheel/airframe code/configuration: copyright 2026 Danny Chapman, PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. `lib/camera-assist.ts`: auto-zoom approach and its angular-size/FOV blend follow PicaSim Camera.cpp; the fade schedule, blend weight and zoom limits are Nanawing's own (decision #3). See [the complete license](experiments/picasim/upstream/LICENSE.txt) and [pinned source provenance](experiments/picasim/provenance.json). Nanawing 2's platform/airframe adaptations are described in [the current flight systems record](docs/picasim-flight-completion-2026-09-10.md), [the aircraft import record](docs/aircraft-radio-import-2026-09-09.md) and the earlier [PORT-STATUS.md](experiments/picasim/PORT-STATUS.md). The full upstream license is included in the game's Controls menu and the self-contained physics diagnostic. The CC0 scenery designation above does not apply to imported PicaSim code or configuration. The Jackdaw aircraft now imports the full AC3D model (13 named components), its higher-resolution Jackdaw2048.png paint texture, XML control hinges, Clark Y / NACA0006 / NACA0009 airfoils, geometry, mass distribution and engine definition. Copyright 2026 Danny Chapman; PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. Sources are pinned in the same provenance manifest. Conversion to GLB, material settings, CoM alignment and aircraft-specific launch handling are Nanawing 2 adaptations. The menu image is a render of that import. Bullet Physics: copyright 2003–2010 Erwin Coumans, zlib licence. The byte-exact modified Bullet 2.81 source shipped by the pinned PicaSim revision is under `experiments/picasim/upstream/bullet/`; its [original licence](experiments/picasim/upstream/bullet/LICENSE.txt) is shipped in LICENSES.txt. [Bullet provenance](experiments/picasim/bullet-provenance.json) records every copied file. Retain per-file authorship and the PicaSim notices for its modifications; do not describe the PicaSim fork or its adapters as wholly original Nanawing code. ## Pilot hands 3D Rigged Hand Model © 2026 Emma L. D. Lieker. [Original model](https://github.com/emmalieker/anatomical-hand-model/tree/f27f19f55f8270b3108ea0b53ce5aa81c543ff7c), licensed [CC BY-NC 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/). The original GLB and notice are retained in assets/sources/hand/. Nanawing 2 mirrors the hand, poses the imported bone rig around the transmitter and bakes nine grip poses for animation. Original geometry, UVs, skin and nail textures are retained. The derived hands are CC BY-NC 4.0, not CC0 or relabelled as original Nanawing geometry. ## License Nanawing-authored code and assets are under the [PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0](LICENSE.md) (decision #1). Separately licensed third-party assets retain their licences, including the CC BY-NC 4.0 hands. The CC0 designation applies to the Poly Haven scenery above; PicaSim-derived code keeps Danny Chapman's notice. UI primitives in `components/ui/`, `hooks/use-mobile.ts` and `lib/utils.ts` are copied from shadcn/ui (MIT, Copyright (c) 2023 shadcn); they keep that notice and are not narenana's copyright. ## Sister-project modules and typefaces Nanawing brand artwork: the exact wing favicon and app icons from narenana/fpvsim, reused with the owner's authorization. The Hangar's delta mark, tokens and styles come from the unchanged static STYLE block in its controlsUI.ts. Asset paths, hashes and revision are recorded in public/assets/manifest.json; the brand alignment record documents extraction and updates. These are shared Nanawing assets, not CC0 artwork. Pinned input calibration/mapping, profile definitions, Hangar state, calibration wizard, aircraft picker cards, landing/crash result-card renderer and CSS, and quality tiers come from narenana/fpvsim at dceee2afc56bcdbe3cfba09e42c19f7396ea48cb. See src/shared/PROVENANCE.md and its verified per-file hashes. Nanawing 2 adapters provide rudder, the LOS menu and world-specific benchmark integration outside those copies. The original controlsUI.ts is retained as a hash-checked .source file; extraction scripts generate its actual wizard methods and picker cards with explicit LOS adaptations. The original hud.ts is also retained unchanged; extract-flight-summary.mjs imports its result card with explicit runway, impact-description and hand-toss action adaptations. All nine self-hosted Nanawing font weights and its hangar.css font definitions are copied exactly. Barlow / Barlow Semi Condensed: copyright 2017 The Barlow Project Authors. JetBrains Mono: copyright 2020 The JetBrains Mono Project Authors. Fonts are distributed under SIL Open Font License 1.1; complete notices are in public/assets/fonts/*-OFL.txt and the generated LICENSES.txt. Font bytes are pinned to the sister commit above in public/assets/manifest.json. Font notices were retrieved from google/fonts/ofl on 2026-09-09. These font files are OFL, not CC0 or PolyForm. The photographic environment and grass maps remain CC0. ## September 12 fleet and sharing assets Electric Glider (Trainer.ac / Trainer.png), Electric Neoslope (Neoslope.ac with source material colours) and AcroBat (AcroBat.ac / Flame.png), plus their aircraft/settings XML and RG14/RG15 airfoils: Danny Chapman, PicaSim, PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. Original paths and SHA-256 hashes are in experiments/picasim/provenance.json at revision 5b2c5871b82aecae4ae6293b862f31600a6a949c. scripts/import-picasim-aircraft.py preserves stock geometry, UVs and hinges; added glider propeller blades/blur are local adaptations. Rendered thumbnails carry the same source notices. Optional auxiliary flap mixes are held neutral by an explicit adapter; source XML is unchanged. public/shots/field.jpg and public/og.jpg are composite captures of this game's renderer with its original Sky Surfer/radio, Poly Haven CC0 scenery and Emma L. D. Lieker's CC BY-NC 4.0 hand adaptation. The social overlay reuses the owner-authorized Nanawing brand artwork and OFL fonts. The composites are not relabelled CC0. Reproduce with scripts/capture-landing.mjs and scripts/social-card.html. Their file hashes are recorded in public/assets/manifest.json. Landing structure and metadata were informed by the actual sister repo at b97120389250a264c826f4016d56bbf8f26eb638; no new sister code or analytics scripts are vendored. See docs/landing-and-five-aircraft-2026-09-12.md. ## September 13 landing-family alignment The landing presentation now directly extracts selected CSS and the inline wing mark from narenana/fpvsim index.html at b97120389250a264c826f4016d56bbf8f26eb638, with the owner's express reuse authorization. scripts/extract-landing-style.mjs preserves the source declarations, renames the root selector and substitutes this game's scene image URLs. The standalone SVG adds the XML namespace; its path is unchanged. Local product layout and responsive adjustments live separately in public/landing.css. Landing copy is adapted for line-of-sight RC flying. Menu/font/brand copies from the earlier pin stay unchanged. The new landing and sharing image use the sister's system-font stack. public/shots/nanawing1.jpg is the byte-exact sister public/shots/hero.jpg, displayed only in the clearly labelled Nanawing 1 comparison/link. It is a composite, not a new CC0 asset. The sister's complete source CREDITS.md, including CC-BY and geodata notices, is preserved under assets/sources/fpvsim-landing/ and shipped in LICENSES.txt. That folder also records the original index and all source hashes. The reference HTML is never loaded at runtime; no sister analytics, leaderboard, review embed or game-boot code is included in the site. public/shots/runway.jpg captures this game's actual Jackdaw, transmitter and field with an authored parked pose. It carries the same component notices as the earlier field image. The renewed public/og.jpg uses the same actual field capture with the shared landing wordmark, palette and frame. Asset hashes are in public/assets/manifest.json. -------------------- PicaSim Copyright (c) 2026 Danny Chapman # PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 (https://www.rowlhouse.co.uk/PicaSim) ## Acceptance In order to get any license under these terms, you must agree to them as both strict obligations and conditions to all your licenses. ## Copyright License The licensor grants you a copyright license for the software to do everything you might do with the software that would otherwise infringe the licensor's copyright in it for any permitted purpose. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity exercising permissions granted by this License. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications, including but not limited to software source code, documentation source, and configuration files. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical transformation or translation of a Source form, including but not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation, and conversions to other media types. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work (an example is provided in the Appendix below). "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted" means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems, and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution." "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and subsequently incorporated within the Work. ## Grant of Copyright License Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form. ## Grant of Patent License Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s) with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You institute patent litigation against any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed. ## Redistribution You may reproduce and distribute copies of the Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You meet the following conditions: 1. You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative Works a copy of this License; and 2. You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that You changed the files; and 3. You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices from the Source form of the Work, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works; and 4. If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or, within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed as modifying the License. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and may provide additional or different license terms and conditions for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use, reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with the conditions stated in this License. ## Submission of Contributions Unless You explicitly state otherwise, any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of this License, without any additional terms or conditions. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed with Licensor regarding such Contributions. ## Trademarks This License does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor, except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file. ## Disclaimer of Warranty Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License. ## Limitation of Liability In no event and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ## Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability While redistributing the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer, and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity, or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability. -------------------- @babylonjs/materials # Apache License 2.0 (Apache) Apache License Version 2.0, January 2004 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION ## Definitions "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document. This license is copied below, and is also available with a FAQ at: http://scripts.sil.org/OFL ----------------------------------------------------------- SIL OPEN FONT LICENSE Version 1.1 - 26 February 2007 ----------------------------------------------------------- PREAMBLE The goals of the Open Font License (OFL) are to stimulate worldwide development of collaborative font projects, to support the font creation efforts of academic and linguistic communities, and to provide a free and open framework in which fonts may be shared and improved in partnership with others. The OFL allows the licensed fonts to be used, studied, modified and redistributed freely as long as they are not sold by themselves. The fonts, including any derivative works, can be bundled, embedded, redistributed and/or sold with any software provided that any reserved names are not used by derivative works. The fonts and derivatives, however, cannot be released under any other type of license. The requirement for fonts to remain under this license does not apply to any document created using the fonts or their derivatives. DEFINITIONS "Font Software" refers to the set of files released by the Copyright Holder(s) under this license and clearly marked as such. This may include source files, build scripts and documentation. "Reserved Font Name" refers to any names specified as such after the copyright statement(s). "Original Version" refers to the collection of Font Software components as distributed by the Copyright Holder(s). "Modified Version" refers to any derivative made by adding to, deleting, or substituting -- in part or in whole -- any of the components of the Original Version, by changing formats or by porting the Font Software to a new environment. "Author" refers to any designer, engineer, programmer, technical writer or other person who contributed to the Font Software. PERMISSION & CONDITIONS Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the Font Software, to use, study, copy, merge, embed, modify, redistribute, and sell modified and unmodified copies of the Font Software, subject to the following conditions: 1) Neither the Font Software nor any of its individual components, in Original or Modified Versions, may be sold by itself. 2) Original or Modified Versions of the Font Software may be bundled, redistributed and/or sold with any software, provided that each copy contains the above copyright notice and this license. These can be included either as stand-alone text files, human-readable headers or in the appropriate machine-readable metadata fields within text or binary files as long as those fields can be easily viewed by the user. 3) No Modified Version of the Font Software may use the Reserved Font Name(s) unless explicit written permission is granted by the corresponding Copyright Holder. This restriction only applies to the primary font name as presented to the users. 4) The name(s) of the Copyright Holder(s) or the Author(s) of the Font Software shall not be used to promote, endorse or advertise any Modified Version, except to acknowledge the contribution(s) of the Copyright Holder(s) and the Author(s) or with their explicit written permission. 5) The Font Software, modified or unmodified, in part or in whole, must be distributed entirely under this license, and must not be distributed under any other license. The requirement for fonts to remain under this license does not apply to any document created using the Font Software. TERMINATION This license becomes null and void if any of the above conditions are not met.
